The meat is cooked on the spit roaster at your premises.
We supply rare breed pork, tender lamb, Aberdeen Angus beef and chicken.
Depending on size a hog takes 3.5-6 hours. A lamb takes 2-4 hours. Beef can be cut to size.
For a spit roast we will need an area of 10ft square.
Yes. We have full public liability insurance, and food hygiene certificates, available on request.

We supply pigs and lambs from our farm, rolls are sourced locally. Find out more in 'About' the Juicy Meat Company.
Hogs and lambs come in different sizes. A 40kg (100lb) roast, feeds 75-100 people. A 50kg (125lb) roast, feeds 125-150 people. A 60kg (150lb) roast, feeds 150-230 people.
No, we can cater for salads, desserts and ice creams if required. View sample menus in 'Spit Roast & Catering'.
The weather has no impact on our service as we can provide our own self contained 3m x 6m gazebo.
Yes, but obviously it works out a little more expensive per head.
We can cater for up to 650 people.

Our decision to use The Juicy Meat Co for my 60th Birthday party was the best decision we made. Their staff arrived in plenty of time to quietly set up in the background and were very efficient and well organised. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it!
Nothing was too much trouble and it was served very professionally and beautifully laid out.
